In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. You will work closely with engineering and executive teams to deliver high‑impact projects while managing timelines, risks, and dependencies. You will also ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to drive projects from initiation to completion. What you will deliver
  • Plan, execute, and lead technical projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Identify and supervise mitigation of project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success
  • Guide and coach the team to follow agile practice – implement and enforce agile methodologies for efficient workflow
  • Monitor and report on project progress, key metrics, and milestones delivery
  • Oversee technical documentation, system requirements, and quality assurance processes
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving among team members
What you will need to be successful
  • Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in technical project management, IT project delivery, or technical leadership
  • Experience in delivery of hardware projects to production sites
  • Experience in cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience with risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance
  • Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience leading cross‑functional / cross‑regional teams
  • Ability to explain and advocate goals / objective, team‑oriented mentality with a highly developed collaborative leadership style.
  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is desirable.
