What you will deliver:

• Plan, execute, and lead technical projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Identify and supervise mitigation of project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success
• Guide and coach the team to follow agile practice – implement and enforce agile methodologies for efficient workflow
• Monitor and report on project progress, key metrics, and milestones delivery
• Oversee technical documentation, system requirements, and quality assurance processes
• Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance
• Foster collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving among team members

What you will need to be successful:

• Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technical project management, IT project delivery, or technical leadership.
• Experience in delivery of hardware projects to production sites.
• Experience in cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional/cross‑regional teams.
• Ability to explain and advocate goals/objectives, team‑oriented mentality with a highly developed collaborative leadership style.
• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is desirable.
