Deliver day‑to‑day operations support within Win11 Complex Business areas within CIB (Global Markets, Research Banking) – Azure VDI – Trader VDI.

Responsibilities

Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365.

Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as:

• Bloomberg
• Bloomberg add‑ins for Office

Use of Active Directory, setting users, add permissions, changing group policies, logon scripts.

Configuration of local and network printers.

Troubleshooting connectivity issues, Ethernet, wireless.

Supporting users with all issues after upgrade.

Keep inventory and asset management.

Reporting

Report to client project manager.

To maintain a high degree of customer interaction and service for all support queries.
