As a Delivery Lead in the Nandoca Domain, you'll work across four dynamic teams focused on building inclusive digital experiences for our Nandocas, helping them connect, grow, and thrive. You'll be the glue that brings people together, leading with compassion and clarity to make sure our teams deliver high‑quality digital products, continuously improve, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

What You’ll Do
  • Champion agile and lean delivery practices, empowering teams to work smart, stay motivated, and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide teams and stakeholders in agile principles, creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Remove blockers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Foster open communication and psychological safety, where every voice is heard and respected.
  • Define and track delivery metrics like throughput and lead time to measure progress and celebrate success.
  • Build strong team culture and morale, leading by example and encouraging collaboration, curiosity, and innovation.
  • Play an active role in Nando's growing community of delivery leaders, sharing knowledge and championing best practices.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years delivering digital products in agile environments.
  • Deep experience in Scrum, Kanban, or Lean techniques including planning, forecasting, estimating, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to coach agile techniques in diverse organisational settings.
  • Confident facilitator with great diplomacy, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled at adapting frameworks to fit teams and contexts (no dogma here!).
  • Calm, organised, and dependable in fast‑moving, time‑sensitive environments.
  • Strong cross‑discipline leadership experience guiding teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Bonus Skills
  • ScrumMaster or equivalent certification.
  • Active involvement in the agile or lean community.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or MIRO.
  • Experience managing multiple 3rd parties.
