Delivery Manager - Global Trading Platforms

The Role

As Delivery Manager, you'll own the end-to-end delivery process - from planning and estimation to coordination and execution. You'll ensure the team's roadmap is achievable, transparent, and tightly aligned with business priorities.

You'll work closely with engineering leads, product owners, and external vendors to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.

This is a key leadership role within the organisation - influencing delivery culture, optimising workflows, and helping the team operate at peak performance.

What You'll Do

• Drive delivery planning, estimation, and execution for multiple agile teams
• Maintain accurate and realistic delivery roadmaps, communicating progress to senior stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs
• Implement and refine delivery frameworks, agile ceremonies, and team processes
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical leads to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, including internal and vendor teams
• Champion continuous improvement and agile best practices across delivery streams

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment
• Proven track record delivering complex software projects, ideally within financial services or trading platforms
• Experience managing multi-million-pound programmes and distributed delivery teams
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, with the ability to coach and influence teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance time, scope, and cost

Desirable Experience

• Background in financial markets, derivatives, or trading systems
• Experience with remote and vendor-based teams across time zones
• Strong understanding of FX or Rates products
