Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a senior consultant to own end-to-end housing solution design, ensuring cross-module coherence and policy-to-system alignment. You will lead with decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate with customers to deliver robust NEC Housing solutions.

Role supports remote or hybrid working, with emphasis on clear communication, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality configurations across multiple housing modules.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of NEC Housing Solution, including configuration and module implementation.
• Experience with Housing environments (Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, Housing Associations).
• Consultancy experience with customer interaction and project methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience owning design decisions.
• Ability to problem-solve in demanding circumstances and manage multiple projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy capacity.

• Ensure testing covers real end-to-end scenarios.
• Help decide if the solution is ready to go live.

Qualifications

• Ability to problem-solve in demanding circumstances and manage multiple projects
• Experience leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy capacity
