Job summary

Anaplan is hiring a Delivery Assurance Architect in London to lead delivery assurance for multiple customer implementations of the Anaplan platform. You will guide customers, partners, and internal teams from project inception through go-live, ensuring best practices and value realization.

This senior role requires 4+ years in a professional services delivery environment, strong solution design, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Solution Architect or higher with 4+ years in a Professional Services delivery organisation implementing Anaplan or an equivalent EPM solution.
• Strong focus on solution design and building delivery best practices.
• Customer services orientation with Enterprise Performance Management and/or multi-dimensional modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of best practices across multiple Anaplan implementations.
• Guide customer resources, partners, and internal teams from inception to go-live.
• Drive timely outcomes, on-budget implementations, enablement and post-live expansion.
