While others might call you delivery driver, our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top‑quality products on time and in an efficient manner.

You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, and you won’t have to fight over the radio station. We use automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van. Everyone’s shifts will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour. All your breaks are paid, meaning you get paid for every minute at work.

Deliver groceries to customers with care and punctuality, maintain accurate delivery records, follow safety procedures, and provide excellent customer service on site.

Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries
• Good communication skills are essential for this customer‑facing role

Contract Information

Contract type: Permanent
Workweek: 40 hours – four 10‑hour days or five 8‑hour days within a seven‑day period
Shifts: AM & PM – start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 24:00
Pay: Paid every 4 weeks (lunar)

Hourly Pay Rates

• Basic Rate (Mon‑Sat): £13.28
• Evening Premium (from 18:00): £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium: £1.33
• Sunday Evening Premium: £2.56
• Overtime Monday‑Sat (Day Shift): £16.60
• Overtime Monday‑Sat (Evening Shift): £18.00
