Your Pay Explained: £15-£18 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once 'up to speed'. Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a £100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role. The more you deliver, the more you earn. • Learning payment is subject to new couriers completing 10 delivery days in 21 calendar days and delivering a minimum volume of parcels (detailed in T&Cs upon joining).
