Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Coventry is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join a permanent, full-time team on a 40-hour week with overtime opportunities. Starting salary is £25,201 per year, rising to £27,561 after six months, with potential to reach £30,000 per year based on overtime and hours worked.

You will sort parcels, plan routes, perform vehicle safety checks, and deliver to homes and businesses, requiring a full UK driving licence (Cat B) and the ability to lift up to 30kg.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Able to work independently but also a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan efficient delivery routes.
• Carry out essential vehicle safety checks.
• Collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses.
• Provide a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail.
