Ocado Logistics is seeking Customer Service Team Members to join our busy delivery operation in Witney. You’ll be out on the road on 3 x 8-hour shifts each week, delivering quality goods on time and engaging with customers, with paid breaks and a supportive team.

In this part‑time role you’ll benefit from a premium that raises average hourly earnings to £13.86, a company pension, digital health services, shopping discounts, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
• As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
• Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)
• Contracted days: You will be required to work any 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.
• Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
