Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of the Royal Mail Group, is hiring for a permanent delivery driver role in Poole. Working 38 hours per week with overtime, you will sort parcels, plan routes, perform vehicle checks, and deliver to homes and businesses while maintaining a friendly, dependable service.

Starting salary £25,201 per year with progression to £27,561 after 6 months and potential up to £30,000 with overtime.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan delivery routes efficiently.
• Carry out essential vehicle safety checks.
• Collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses.
• Provide a friendly, dependable service on every delivery.
