What do we need from you?

You don’t need any previous experience to join our good‑natured team – just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

Driving Licence Requirements
  • Full UK or EU driving licence
  • Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months experience is desirable)
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points
  • No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)

Contracted Days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, working 8‑hour shifts – further information will be provided during pre‑boarding.

Shifts: AM & PM – you may start as early as 05:30 in the morning and finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: This position is lunar paid – you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Hourly Pay Rates:

  • Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) £12.78
  • Evening Premium (from 6pm) £1.12
  • Sunday Day Premium £1.28
  • Sunday Evening Premium £2.51
  • Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) £15.98
  • Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift) £17.38
