Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Exeter is seeking a delivery colleague to sort parcels, plan routes, and provide a dependable service. This permanent role offers 38 hours per week, with overtime and a Tuesday–Saturday pattern.

Starting salary £25,201, rising after 6 months to £27,561, with the potential to reach £30,000 per year, plus Saturday premiums and allowances. You’ll join a team committed to safety, customer care and the trusted Royal Mail Group network.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation.

Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
