Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Poole is seeking a driver to join our delivery team. Permanent contract, 38 hours per week with overtime; typical hours Mon–Fri 07:30–18:00. You will sort parcels, plan routes and deliver to homes and businesses.

A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B, up to 6 points) and ability to lift up to 30kg are essential. Starting salary £25,201, rising to £27,561 after six months, with potential to reach up to £30,000 per year including overtime.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B) with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes.
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks.
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses.
