Qualifications

• Must hold a clean UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in deliveries.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Organise deliveries promptly and maintain delivery records.
• Maintain courteous customer relations at all times.
• Generate additional sales at point of delivery using promotions.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity.
• Drive delivery vehicle safely and report any license issues.
• Keep vehicle clean and perform daily checks.
• Ensure secure cash collection for COD invoices.
• Report accidents or incidents and comply with safety procedures.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed.
