Overview

At Ocado Logistics, we’re seeking everyday heroes to join our league of Customer Service Team Members. You steer your van to bring joy with each delivery; snacks stocked, parties hosted and dinners served on time. Our advanced automated technology pre-plans routes and pre-loads your van, helping you be ready for your next delivery. Nottingham will be your base, with initial training and deliveries starting from our Dordon site if you join between August 4 and August 22; by August 25, training and deliveries transition to our brand-new Nottingham site. Any additional travel costs during this transition period will be fully covered by Ocado Logistics.

You don’t need any previous experience—just bring your positive attitude. Our training team will equip you with the skills you need to become a Local Legend.

Responsibilities

As a Local Legend, you will deliver groceries to customers, using technology to assist with routing and van pre-loading. You will work in a customer-facing role and aim to deliver joy with every interaction. Shifts can include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, and you will be paid for your time while performing duties that support reliable, friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• Online Licence Check and Right to Work checks will be conducted by our recruitment team.

• Contract: Permanent. Hours: 40 per week, any 5 days out of 7 (8-hour shifts). Shifts: AM & PM; start as early as 05:00, finish as late as 00:00. Rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay structure: paid every 4 weeks.
