White Cap is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites in a safety-conscious, revenue-driven environment. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or paid holidays in this description, along with standard benefits and training opportunities.

The role requires adherence to DOT regulations, accurate paperwork, and collaboration with warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Must have valid license endorsements for the class of vehicle operated.
• Possess or can obtain a DOT medical card.
• Generally 2–5 years of delivery/logistics experience.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be safety-conscious.

Responsabilités

• Follows DOT regulations in vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Ensures manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.

• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety.

• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.

• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.

• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

• Possesses or can obtain a DOT medical card.

• Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday - Friday starting at 6 AM
• Valid license endorsement(s) for class of vehicle being operated
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents
• Spanish language proficiency preferred
• 26' Box truck/ flatbed experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Safety conscious
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
• DOT Medical Card Preferred
