Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver for high-volume multi-drop routes. You will cover homes, businesses and commercial sites, completing 50–60 drops per day while handling parcels up to 30 kg. Start ASAP with 7:00–8:00 start times and a plan to finish the route each day.

We require at least 6 months of multi-drop experience, a full UK driving license (max 6 points) and strong English communication. DBS check and PPE provided; immediate start offered.

Are you a skilled and motivated Delivery Driver covering Multidrop ready to hit the road? Our client is expanding their team in the Lincoln area and looking for reliable drivers who are ready to start ASAP!

Your Role

• Deliver and collect parcels from homes, businesses, and commercial sites across Lincoln.
• Handle 50 - 60 drops per day.
• Lift parcels up to 30 kg safely and efficiently.

About You

• Minimum 6 months of experience in multi-drop or parcel distribution.
• Hold a full UK MANUAL driving license (max 6 points, no DR or IN convictions).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Reliable and able to maintain a positive, professional approach.

What You Need

• Safety boots and a hi-vis jacket
• DBS check (we'll process it for you - cost deducted from your first week's wages)
• Immediate start

Job Details

• Start Date: Immediate / Next Day
• Full time: Monday- Sunday
• Start Time: Between 7:00 am - 8:00 am (until route completion)
• Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour (uplifted PAYE Umbrella)
• Weekly pay: one week in hand
