Job summary

A leading delivery logistics company in Scotland is seeking a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to manage local delivery routes. In this role, you will use an app to handle drops and ensure timely deliveries of parcels. Candidates are required to have their own van and a valid manual driving license, along with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The position offers competitive pay based on the number of drops per day, with shifts five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid UK, European, or International Manual license.
  • Must have at least 12 months UK driving experience.
  • Must pass various background checks including Basic Disclosure Scotland.

Responsibilities

  • Drive local routes and deliver parcels safely and on time.
  • Use an app for managing drops and communicate with the depo.
  • Return to base for de-brief after deliveries.

Job description
Role: Service Provider / Courier / Delivery Driver / Delivery Associate (DA) – Multi‑Drop

Pay: £1.80 per drop – average daily earnings £216.00–£247.00 (£190‑£240 after peak), paid weekly

Drops: 100/120/150 pending the route.
Shift Pattern: 5 days per week – permanent exclusive route assigned
Hours: Start around 10:30am, approx.
Contract: ASAP/Ongoing / Indefinite
What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving local routes in your area
  • Using a simple app to manage your drops and stay in touch with the depo
  • Making sure parcels arrive safely, securely, and on time
What we’re looking for:
  • Drivers in their own vans or looking to hire a van from our supplier
  • Living in or knowledge of the delivery area
  • Reliable, positive, and self‑motivated people
  • Safe drivers who take pride in their work
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a positive, hard‑working attitude.
  • Someone ready to earn great money while enjoying the freedom of the road
  • Our Vans: Valid UK, European, or International Manual license, 12+ months UK driving, max 6 penalty points (No TT, CD, DR, DG, AC, BA, MS codes)
  • Must be entitled to live and work in the UK.
  • International students who can't work self‑employed are unfortunately ineligible.
  • Pass Various background checks, e.g. a Basic Disclosure Scotland check.
  • All Drivers must return to base for a de‑brief when deliveries are completed.
  • Your MWB/LWB Van: You must have the following insurance in place:
    • Public Liability
    • Goods in Transit
    • Business Motor Insurance covering carriage of goods for hire and reward (social, domestic & pleasure policies are not accepted)
