Job summary

SteadyLogistics Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking delivery drivers for pre-planned local routes. You will operate a van, load and unload parcels up to 23 kg, and deliver with a strong focus on customer service and on-time performance.

Full training is provided, including safety and classroom sessions, with on-road support. Varied shifts, 2–4 days or 4–6 days per week, and a weekend day requirement may apply. Applicants must have a valid UK/EU licence and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Multi-drop delivery experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (essential).
• Hold a current full UK or EU driving licence, with a maximum of 6 points and no IN, DR, or TT codes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery van up to 3.5 tonnes to transport freight over a 9-hour shift.
• Load and unload the delivery van from a staging area (parcels up to 23kg).
• Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team to ensure successful deliveries.
• Comply with driving and traffic laws while delivering packages.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Work independently and with the team to achieve targets.
• Follow safe delivery processes learned during training.
• Maintain general safety awareness at all times.
