Job summary

DHL e-COMMERCE is recruiting van drivers for the autumn peak period in the UK. Whether you have your own long-wheelbase van or can access one, join us for consistent work, good pay, and opportunities to earn more during the peak season.

Typical earnings range £50,000–£60,000 per year, with a £1,000 peak bonus and a £550 new starter payment. Drivers receive daily fuel support, fast access to income via the Driver app, and regular routes with 5–6 days per week of daytime deliveries.

What You’ll Need

• A valid UK driving licence.
• A reliable long-wheelbase van is beneficial but not essential at the point of application — we can explain your options to help you get on the road.
• The right to work in the UK A positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential.

Your Pay Explained

£50 - £60K per year reflects average daily earnings of £200-£250 per day when delivering parcel volumes of 80 – 100 stops. Payment is based on a stop rate, meaning the more stops you deliver the more you can earn. Typically, our drivers work around 9 hours per day and for 5 or 6 days per week. Peak is coming — don’t miss out. Start in October to access the £1,000 Peak Bonus and get your new starter rewards before Christmas. Please note: Muti Drop delivery routes require a suitable van, if you don’t currently have one, but are comfortable driving a large van.
