Job summary

Fleet X Logistics Ltd is looking for Delivery Drivers to join a driver-first team in the Portsmouth/Havant area. You will deliver parcels to homes and businesses using a company-provided van, with fuel and insurance covered, and no van hire costs.

We offer flexible shifts, pre-planned routes, weekly pay, training, uniform, and ongoing support. Basic English is required and the role is self-employed with no hidden costs.

Qualifications

• Van driving experience required.
• Full UK or EU driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Held UK licence 1 year minimum; automatic accepted.
• Maximum 6 points; no DR/IN/TT offences.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening and background check.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• Basic English for navigation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to homes and businesses.
• Follow pre-planned routes using handheld device.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Load, scan, and handle parcels up to 23kg.
