Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking Customer Service Team Members to deliver groceries with a friendly, customer‑facing approach. A Full UK or EU driving licence with 12 months driving experience and a maximum of 6 penalty points is required.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, with premiums that raise earnings to about £14.21 per hour and overtime options. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week with paid breaks, and a 4‑weekly lunar pay cycle.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence with 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
• Follow route plans and safety procedures, and communicate effectively with customers.
