You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, and you’ll never have to fight over the radio station. We use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van! Working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. In addition to a base pay, you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime. All your breaks are paid.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Over 18, as some deliveries involve alcohol
• Good communication skills

If successful, you will be invited to a site tour and a question‑and‑answer session. We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and commence your career with Ocado Logistics.

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)

Shift pattern: AM & PM – early start at 05:30, finish as late as 12:00 midnight. You will receive shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: Lunar paid; paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule. Hourly rate: Monday to Saturday £13.26, Evening premium from 6pm £1.12, Sunday day premium £1.33, Sunday evening premium £2.56. Overtime rates: Monday to Saturday day shift £16.58, evening shift £17.98.
