Heels2Wheels is seeking motivated self-employed delivery drivers in Kent and Essex to join our team. You will load and organize routes, deliver parcels safely, manage time, and provide top-notch customer service while representing the company professionally.

On-site parking is available, with bonuses for referrals and performance. This role requires a full UK driving licence (12+ months), minimal penalty points, and a willingness to work five to six days per week, including weekends.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

• You must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Previous driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• The physical ability to lift and handle parcels safely.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Manual or automatic licences accepted.
• No more than six penalty points.
• You must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Previous driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• The physical ability to lift and handle parcels safely.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A reliable attitude and willingness to work hard.
• The ability to pass the required background checks.
• £8/£8.50 daily charge towards van insurance and petrol

Applicants with

TT99, CU, TS or BA licence endorsements

cannot be considered. Applicants with criminal convictions or a record that raises concerns about safety, intoxication or workplace conduct will also be unsuitable.

Interview Process

Interview sessions are held Monday to Saturday, with appointments available between 10am and 1pm.
