Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team. You will deliver parts to customers within a 40 mile radius and uphold our high customer service standards. Daily vehicle checks, loading procedures and occasional warehouse support are part of the role.

You will report to the branch and provide feedback on customer activity and competitor trends, helping the business keep its promises on timely delivery and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the 40 mile radius of branch.
• Previous experience in a delivery driver role.
• Ability to understand the necessity of excellent customer service.
• Work to deadlines with good time keeping skills.
• Customer focused and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Delivering products to customer premises within a 40 mile radius.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• Provide feedback to branch on customer and competitor activity.
• Load your vehicle according to procedures.
• Collect customer returns as required.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
• Help in the warehouse when required.
• Assist with inter-branch transfer deliveries when needed.
