Delivery Driver - Bristol

Ocado Logistics – Chepstow, Monmouthshire, NP16 – Permanent, Full time – £13.95 per hour. This role delivers quality goods on time, interacting with customers across the Bristol area.

As part of our Customer Service Team, you will:

• Provide safe and efficient deliveries in all weather conditions.
• Use automated technology to pre‑plan routes and load the van.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout each journey.

Driving licence requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
• Maximum 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries.

Communication: Good communication skills essential for customer‑facing role.

Contract:

Permanent – 40 hours per week (including paid breaks). Work any 5 days out of 7, 8‑hour shifts. Shifts are AM & PM, start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay structure:

Hourly rates: Monday‑Saturday basic £13.44, evening premium from 6 pm £1.12, Sunday day £1.34, Sunday evening £2.58. Overtime rates: Day shift £16.80, Evening shift £18.20. Payment monthly.
