Argos is hiring a Delivery Driver in the UK. You will deliver products to customers or collection points, load the van, and complete a set number of drops per shift with route guidance. A friendly, professional manner and safe driving are essential to meet delivery windows and uphold service standards.

Role may be seasonal with permanent opportunities; benefits include discounts, holiday entitlement, share schemes and wellbeing support. Group assessments may apply for peak periods.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll provide an industry-leading fast-track service, making sure our products reach their destination and our customers, safely and on time,

Eligibility:

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age - GOV.UK
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• You must be fully licenced to drive and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.

Whilst many of our roles will be temporary over the festive period, there may also be permanent opportunities available - please check the contract type and schedule hours before applying to ensure that the role is right for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• With a market-leading delivery service offering over 60,000 products, you'll handle items with care, delivering Argos products directly to customers’ front doors or their preferred collection point
• Responsible for loading the van and delivering a set number of drops in a shift with guidance from an ePod
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries with a friendly and professional attitude
• We will provide phone support while you’re on the road, and our route guidance will ensure you return to the site within your shift times
• Safe driving and adherence to guidelines are essential
