Delivery Driver and Customer Support Equipment Demonstrator

A varied and rewarding role combining delivery with hands‑on product demonstrations, ensuring equipment reaches clients safely and customers receive excellent on‑site support. Ideal for someone who enjoys driving, problem‑solving, and helping others.

Additional Product and Equipment Training Provided.

SALARY: £27,500 per annum + Bonus + Company Van + Benefits

LOCATION: Candidates will cover Brentford, West London and surrounding areas

JOB TYPE: Full‑Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm. No weekends

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates will need a Full Manual Driving Licence (the company will provide a company van).

Duties (Product and Equipment Training Provided)
  • Deliver Products Safely: Transport and deliver items to clients following scheduled routes and timelines
  • Verify Documentation: Check delivery paperwork to ensure all products are correctly packed, labelled, and signed for
  • Inspect Equipment: Carry out pre‑delivery inspections to confirm items are functional and complete
  • Set Up Equipment: Assemble and prepare products at client sites as needed
  • Demonstrate Products: Conduct clear, confident demonstrations explaining product use, features, and maintenance
  • Provide Guidance: Offer hands‑on support to clients ensuring they are comfortable using the equipment
  • Resolve Issues: Handle minor queries or technical issues directly where possible
  • Collect Feedback: Record client feedback and communicate to the sales or service teams
  • Maintain Professionalism: Represent the organisation in a positive and professional manner at all times
Candidate Requirements
Essential
  • Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or a customer‑facing technical role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
  • Valid full UK driving licence (manual)
  • Organised and proactive approach with good time management
  • Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude
Desirable
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or consumer equipment
