Job summary

The Mill is seeking drivers in London who can deliver with speed and a smile. If you have a UK or EU licence and up to 6 points, you can join our home delivery team and start earning quickly.

You'll enjoy flexible scheduling (up to 6 days a week), paid business mileage, and a clear onboarding path with ongoing support. Use your own van or we'll connect you with a supplier.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence (max 6 points).
• Standard background check.
• Must be 21 years +; 1 year driving experience preferred if renting a van.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on schedule and provide reliable service.
• Drive standard vans (MWB) or large vans (LWB) and follow delivery routes.
• Complete daily tasks, maintain vehicle condition, and document deliveries.

• Daily Pay Rates: Standard Van route (MWB): £183.20 / day (£219.84 inc VAT)
• Large Van route (LWB): £202.20 / day (£242.64 inc VAT)
• Extra incentive for providing 5 - 6 days service on top of the rates above
