ONE MOTION LOGISTICS LTD in the Solent area is seeking a self-employed delivery driver to join our road-based team. You'll deliver parcels across a fixed local area, starting at the depot and loading your own route.

No multi-drop experience required; full classroom and on-the-job training provided. Expect 5–9 hour days, 5–7 days per week, with daily earnings of £180–£250+. Reliable and punctual applicants will fit best.

Job description

This Delivery Driver role is based in Solent. It pays £180 to £250 per day. This is a self employed position. Applications close on 1 October 2026.

Your Typical Day

• Morning Start: Arrive at the depot between 06:30 and 07:30am.
• Loading: Find your assigned route and load your own parcels (usually takes 30–60 minutes).
• On the Road: Start your route using the provided navigation device.
• Deliveries: Complete 90–140 stops per day, primarily to houses with some flats and businesses.
• Activity: You will be in and out of the van throughout the day handling small, medium, and some heavier parcels.
• Wrap-up: Once finished, return to the depot for a short de-brief and end-of-day procedures.

No previous multi-drop experience is required.

• Classroom (2 Days): Covering systems, delivery devices, and procedures.
• On-the-Job (2–4 Days): Ride-along training with an experienced Lead Driver or Manager.
• Skills: You will learn loading, route management, and delivery best practices.

Working Pattern

• Availability: Work is available every day of the week.
• Shift Length: Typical time spent delivering is 5–9 hours per day.
• Consistency: Reliable work available regardless of the season.
