As we continue to grow our business, a new role has been created for a Delivery Director.
As a strategic partner to the CTO and CPO, you’ll ensure our ambitious technology and product vision translates into predictable, scalable, and high‑quality delivery. You will embed delivery excellence at the core of the organisation, establishing frameworks, governance, and planning disciplines that enable our engineers to operate as one high‑performing unit.
You’ll lead portfolio‑level planning and governance, aligning clusters and value streams to drive strategic outcomes. By championing Programme Increment Planning and robust delivery standards, you’ll foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partnering with senior engineering and product leaders, you’ll facilitate cross‑functional decisions, resolve complex dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks. Your leadership will shape how we deliver today and build the delivery culture that fuels our future growth.
