Domino’s stores are operated by independent franchisees; the Delivery Cyclist role covers delivering hot, fresh pizzas and providing excellent service in the local community. You may ride an e-bike or push bike, use your own smartphone for the app, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and being the face of Domino’s in-store and on the doorstep, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and delivering great service.
• Own a safe, road-worthy bike and helmet.
• Able to use your own smartphone for the delivery app.
• Friendly, reliable and able to work independently.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work relevant to store location.
• Previous experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and menu items to customers promptly and safely
• Provide excellent customer service at every doorstep
• Operate your bike in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
• Use the Domino’s Delivery App on your smartphone to manage orders
• Support the in-store team during quieter delivery periods (e.g. cleaning, restocking)
• Represent Domino’s positively in the community
