Elix Sourcing Solutions in Bristol is seeking a Delivery Consultant to focus on vacancy delivery and account management for key clients. You will become the account manager for selected company accounts and handle roles provided by our in-house BD team.

We are a collaborative consultancy where building relationships, solving problems, and efficient vacancy delivery are valued. Expect a Monday–Friday, office-based role with training, progression, and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Are you a Delivery Consultant seeking a fresh challenge or a Recruiter who wants to focus on account management and candidate delivery only and away from new BD and Sales?

We at Elix Sourcing Solutions are looking for our next Delivery Consultant; a role where you will deliver on vacancies but also become the account manager for a selection of existing clients.

Elix are a leading Recruitment Consultancy covering the UK, European and US Engineering, Manufacturing and Energy markets. The desk in question will be covering the UK market.

What will the job look like on a day to day basis?

The role will consist of being given roles by our in-house business development team to work on as well as being given company accounts that you will become the account manager for. Your ability to build relationships, problem solve and be efficient is what you will be targeted toward.

This is a Monday to Friday, office based role working as part of a team of late twenties and 30's aged staff.
