About the Role

As a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing the skills you need to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry.

• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Understand client requirements and source high‑quality talent
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from advertising to placement
• Complete compliance checks and adhere to GDPR
• Create and manage adverts
• Onboard new workers
• Support temporary and permanent recruitment needs
• High volume administration
• Support marketing initiatives
