Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Deli Team Member for the Limavady area. The role involves serving customers, preparing and baking goods, and maintaining clean, safe prep and deli spaces.

We offer full-time hours (37.5 per week) with shifts across early mornings and occasional evenings, plus benefits. Full training is provided to help you succeed in a busy food service environment.

Deli Team Member

Pay rates ranging from £12.10 - £13.45 per hour depending on your age and great benefits. Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week, working within the hours of Monday to Sunday, between 6:00am - 2:00pm with a degree of flexibility required to work 1 early evening shift per week where required.

As Deli Team Member you will:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don't worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we'll provide you with all the right training.
