Job summary

Henderson Group is recruiting for a Deli Team Member at EUROSPAR Doagh. The role involves delivering first-class service, preparing and baking goods, and maintaining hygiene across deli areas. Strong teamwork and a positive attitude are essential as you work shifts from early morning to early evening.

Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with flexibility across 6:00am–5:00pm and weekends. Training is provided, and you will be part of a family-owned group with strong community values.

Qualifications

• No previous retail or foodservice experience required; training will be provided.
• We are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who can make customers smile and deliver the best experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service to all customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
• Work as part of a team to keep SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli counters fresh and appetising.

Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts between the hours of 6:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

As Delish Deli Team Member you will:

• Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli - remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
