Overview

We have the opportunity for a Delegated Authority Audit Analyst to join the Delegated Authority department on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Delegated Authority Audit Manager, you will participate in the management of TMK binding authorities and DCAs, specializing in operating the TMK Delegated Authority audit processes in accordance with set procedures, taking responsibility for analysis of audits, and ensuring that Coverholders and DCAs are operating appropriately, thereby adding value to the core business activities.

The role includes responsibility for:

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Audit Manager in the annual and quarterly review process for audit scheduling.
  • Analysing and processing audit reports for both Coverholders and DCAs, ensuring that issues are identified, followed up and escalated in accordance with DA Audit procedures.
  • Communication with business and market stakeholders in determining action to be taken for each Coverholder and DCA.
  • To have a clear understanding of regulatory requirements in terms of Delegated Authority, Conduct (including New Consumer Duty), Compliance and Financial Crime.
  • To ensure all external Partners/Coverholders and DCAs understand and comply with our required Delegated Authority, Conduct (including New Consumer Duty), Compliance and Financial Crime requirements.
  • Providing exception and any ad-hoc reports as and when required.
  • Assisting with maintaining records of auditor panel and participating in selection of new auditors.
  • Representing TMK as appropriate on Lloyd’s and other market forums.
  • Providing cover for other Audit Analysts as and when required.
  • Scoping of audits for Coverholders and DCA’s on a quarterly or adhoc basis.
Qualifications and attributes

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the Lloyd’s market, binding authorities and Coverholder issues. They will have excellent organisational and administrative skills and will be confident using Excel and Word. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is adaptable and capable of developing themselves.
