The Company

An 18 month old niche international exhibition business with extremely experienced events professionals at the helm. They have recently run their first (highly successful) event, have a second one planned for November and a number of additional launches ready for next year. With the ability to earn equity after 12 months and a 5 year exit plan in place, you could benefit from a very substantial payout.

The role of Delegate Sales Manager

As Delegate Sales Manager you will join a highly experienced team and will be the first delegate sales person in the business.They have an extensive and very high quality database of potential delegates for you to target, and you will be passed every incoming lead to convert.

Whilst your main focus will be delegate sales, you will also sell sponsorship opportunities when relevant. As they continue to grow you will take on more responsibility and of course will be earning 5-10% of everything you sell.

Their events are all international so you should expect international travel up to around 8 times a year (mainly Middle East and Africa).
