Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years’ post-graduate experience within the construction industry.
• Strong background in live planning/programming/project controls.
• Experience acting as Lead Assistant to an Expert Witness is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delay analysis on claims and disputes.
• Review construction programmes and provide guidance on critical path.
• Advise clients on strategy and best practice for time-related disputes.
