Job title: Degree Apprentice Software Engineer

Location: Samlesbury and Warton

Salary: Starting from £23,748 with annual progression through the scheme duration

What you'll be doing:
  • The scheme involves working alongside experienced software engineers.
  • It combines day release at university with a Honours Degree, and time working on real projects to develop software engineering skills.
  • Through study and real work, you will become capable of writing requirements, designs, software code and tests.
  • The placement element includes activities such as developing and testing aircraft displays, producing ground‑based equipment, and creating training simulators.
