Job description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Defrost Weekend Team Leader to join our growing Production team. As a Production Team Leader you will do daily operations of a designated production line/ team within the Production Area.

Key responsibilities

• Through the S.I.C process, record and elevate any issues to the Team Manager and carry out actions that have been agreed in order to correct any losses.
• Product giveaways should be reviewed and any issues affecting giveaways escalated to the Team Manager.
• Support the investigation/actioning of any non-conforming processes/ products in order to reduce waste and ensure that Batch Yield is on target.
• Be aware of the labour cost of the designated production line/ team and support the Team Manager in efforts to improve this labour cost.

Previous food production experience

• Interpret data (Screen display)
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible.
