The Company

This team is building infrastructure for the next wave of onchain asset management. Their product lets anyone from individuals to institutions get exposure to diversified crypto portfolios through a single token. Its built on a new token standard designed to be transparent, composable, and easy to integrate across DeFi.

The vision is big: make it simple to create, manage, and scale tokenized investment strategies onchain. The product is live in beta and the team is gearing up for its next phase of growth.

The Role

We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead how the world sees and understands what they're building. Someone who can shape the story, grow the brand, and connect it with both the crypto-native and institutional worlds. It's a big role with real influence across product, partnerships, and community.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape the brand and voice in a space that moves fast and doesn't wait for anyone
  • Build marketing strategies that actually work in crypto from content to community to growth
  • Turn complex tech into simple clear stories that people understand and remember
  • Drive thought‑leadership campaigns and storytelling that cut through the noise
  • Grow and engage the right communities, especially across crypto‑native platforms
  • Own product marketing end-to-end from positioning to launch
  • Lead the company’s presence at events, in the press, and across the wider ecosystem
  • Start small, build smart, and hire great people as the company scales
What You Bring to the Table
  • You've led marketing at a crypto fintech or fast‑growing tech company and know what it takes to build from the ground up
  • You speak both DeFi and institutional fluently and can switch between the two without missing a beat
  • You know how to run campaigns that actually move the needle, not just look good on a slide
  • You’re strong on brand, sharp on storytelling, and obsessive about consistency
  • You’re a clear, confident communicator who can build trust with both internal teams and external partners
  • You think like a builder—curious, hands‑on, and ready to shape something that doesn’t exist yet
