Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a major MOD contractor to recruit a Level 3 Vehicle Mechanic/Technician for Catterick Garrison. You will maintain and repair a variety of military vehicles, from quad bikes to battle tanks, supporting national Defence.

The role offers a 4 day working week, a competitive salary of £33,889 with a yearly bonus, training funding, and a generous benefits package. Commutable from Darlington, Northallerton, Ripon and Middlesbrough.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vehicle qualification
• 1 year workshop/dealership experience
• Interest in developing a long-term career with a leading MOD contractor

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a variety of military vehicles from quad bikes to battle tanks
• Ensure reliability and readiness of vehicles used to support armed forces
• Work as part of a team for ongoing defence projects
