Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in automotive, HGV, plant, rail, aerospace, or similar environments.
• Familiarity with tools and workshop safety practices.
• Ability to accurately follow written instructions and drawings.
• Experience working in a production or workshop team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Reliable, proactive attitude and readiness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly and preparation of armoured vehicle platforms.
• Assist in mechanical sub-assemblies and component installations.
• Carry out vehicle preparation tasks and ensure readiness.
• Use hand tools, torque tools, and lifting equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections and maintain quality standards.

Skills

Hands-on experience in a mechanical or workshop environment

Basic understanding of tools, fasteners, and workshop safety practices

Ability to follow written instructions, drawings, or job packs accurately

Experience working as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
