Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance activities including sampling plans and observations.
• Provide clear feedback to trainers to support their development.
• Drive standardisation and share best practices for consistency.
• Support training programmes and mentor new staff.
• Maintain quality documentation and training matrices.

Skills

Education/training quality experience

Conducting teaching and learning observations

Conducting IQA activity

Knowledge of DSAT process

Appropriate engineering industry experience

Education

Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent

Level 5 or above teaching qualification

Quality qualification (e.g., Qualified IQA)
