OMNIA Training is seeking a Systems Solutions Engineer to design, deploy, and integrate applications across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments for the Army Collective Training Service. You will translate operational needs into scalable architectures and support end‑to‑end deployment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting integrated systems across hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of systems integration across software, infrastructure and networking.
• Translate operational and technical requirements into practical system architectures.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
• Knowledge of system security principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support integrated system and application solutions across physical, virtual, and cloud environments through CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate requirements into implementable system architectures and solution designs.
• Support deployment, configuration, and integration of systems and applications in development and operational environments.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and interoperability requirements.
• Act as technical liaison between engineering and supply chain partners.
• Review technical proposals and assist with integration planning.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure components meet technical specifications.
• Support system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during deployment and operation.
• Collaborate with software, network, and architectural teams to deliver system solutions.
• Integrate third-party technologies and vendors into broader architecture.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies to enhance performance and interoperability.
