Job summary

PA Consulting, a leader in delivering complex projects across Defence, major programmes, transport, energy and utilities, is seeking experienced Project Manager/PMO specialists. You will guide and execute programmes, tailoring P3M processes for client teams and ensuring value-driven outcomes in a collaborative, innovative environment.

hybrid working with on-site client presence and remote work, applying a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to diverse contexts.

Qualifications

Sole British nationality is a must for secure client work.
At least 2 years of project management consulting/PMO experience.
Experience applying multiple PM methodologies and tailoring to contexts.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and motivate others.
Bachelor's degree; advanced PM certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver projects from initiation to closure.
Develop and execute project plans with scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Tailor PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to client contexts.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies with mitigation plans.
Maintain regular client communication and transparent status reports.
Monitor budgets and resource allocations to meet financial targets.
Lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
