Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is recruiting a Project Scheduler for our Rugby site (Newbold Road) to support the delivery of complex UK Defence projects. You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, ensuring work packages and milestones are reflected in the master plan.

Key duties include monitoring progress, producing forecasts and reports, and coordinating with internal departments and suppliers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Project Controls, Scheduler or Planner role.
Experience building schedules in complex project environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and trends.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to coordinate across functions and priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Incorporate work packages, milestones and constraints into schedules.
Monitor progress and maintain schedule integrity throughout the lifecycle.
Produce forecasts, progress reports and schedule performance metrics.
Lead discussions with suppliers and integrate supplier schedules into the master schedule.
Participate in risk & opportunities processes and develop mitigation plans.
Lead Schedule Risk Assessment meetings with internal teams and suppliers.
Identify delays early and propose recovery actions with involved parties.
Report on performance trends and milestone achievement.
